Responsible for annual program review and report including evaluation and outcomes assessment and short and long range planning. Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate teaching and support staff.   Hired to manage every component of start-up of program in 1991 and designed and coordinated program expansions in Summer 1995 and Summer 2000.  Designed landscape plans to remodel traditional playgrounds to natural play spaces certified as Nature Explore outdoor classrooms by Arbor Day Foundation.  Member of internal and external advisory boards.
