Executive Director - Children's Learning Center Jul 1991Jun 2015 St. Paul's School Concord , NH Department manager supervising staff of eighteen.  Coordinate all facets of employer-sponsored, work-site, NAEYC accredited, child development program enrolling 60 children age eight weeks to eight years of age. Administer daily operations, policy development, early learning education program, emergency preparedness, $850K budget, staffing, enrollment, quality initiatives, and community relations. Responsible for annual program review and report including evaluation and outcomes assessment and short and long range planning. Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate teaching and support staff.   Hired to manage every component of start-up of program in 1991 and designed and coordinated program expansions in Summer 1995 and Summer 2000.  Designed landscape plans to remodel traditional playgrounds to natural play spaces certified as Nature Explore outdoor classrooms by Arbor Day Foundation.  Member of internal and external advisory boards.

Administered all aspects of Federally Funded compensatory education program enrolling 150 educationally delayed children.
