  • Coordinate the CEO's staff engagement calendar for the year such as Birthday Lunches/Dinners, Knowledge Sharing Sessions, Town Hall Meetings etc
  • Create wider visibility and acceptance for the CEO by projecting his and the Corporation image via all necessary social media 
  • Workwith the Communication Division by providing a quarterly calendar of the CEO'sengagements within and outside the country for publicity purposes
  • Carry out all special projects allocated by the CEO  for example, organized the send forth parties for the outgoing CFO and Deputy CEO respectively in 2014
  • Responsible for the yearly office Christmas decoration
  • Develop and publishes the CEO's newsletter
  • Supervise the CEO's drivers
  • Represents the Office of the CEO in Committees such as The Pension Scheme Committee, the inaugural CEO Cocktail event, AFC Live 2013 etc.
  • Effectively carry out all adhoc activities
