This was a Dairy project having 250 farmers as share holder of company.
They have small farms of 20000 buffalos.
Due to spoilage of milk and rate fluctuation factor , they decided to invest in Dairy plant.They first hire me as project Director due to my Technical back ground .I was involved in installation of Danish turn key Project with Tetra Pak Packaging machines, This is was a project processing 400000 litres of milk daily with allied products like juices, Flavored milk ,yogurt cottage cheese and mineral water .I was responsible for selling ,Marketing and advertising of products and increases sales from 300000 litres up to 400000.
