Take care of participant's with a range of developmental disabilities.
Make sure they do as much as they can first so they can apply the knowledge they have to perform thee task.
Then help with what they do not know how to do and help them learn how to do it, help with ADL'S, Supervise them getting ready for school and help with what each individual is unable to do them selves, make sure that the house is clean, and make sure all objects that could cause harm are put away, conduct group activities including social and life skill groups.
Take vitals as needed, recognize if participant not feeling well or change in behavior, update 15-minute flows, notes, body sheets and all other documentation.
Help participant's with their chores and not just do them for them.
