This job involves working with challenged people. Specifically, I ma responsible for two of them. One is Autistic and the other has Downs Syndrome in addition to Autism.


My role involves assisting these young men to a place of some independence as far as their limitations would allow them. It is part of my responsibility also to provide guidance and direction in the things they do or would like to do. These can come in my role as companion care giver, respite care or in daily therapeutic care.


Accountability includes bi-weekly reports regarding activity and outcome.
