Remember, a hiring manager wants to make sure that you can do your job above everything else. Your resume structure will depend on the resume format you choose. A chronological format is the most common for resumes of all types, including the customer service manager resume, as it places emphasis on work history. Header

The header is technically part of the resume design. This section at the top of the resume includes your full name, contact information like your phone number, and professional social media links, such as your LinkedIn profile.

Resume summary or objective

The first official section on any resume should be your resume summary or resume objective. It’s a two to three-sentence paragraph at the very top of the resume that lets recruiters get an understanding of your top skills and experiences. An objective (which is more useful for first-time job seekers)  also includes a statement about your career goals.

Skills

You need a wide variety of customer service skills to work as a customer service representative, and you need even more to work as a manager. Here are a few bullet points to consider for your resume:

  • Addressing customer complaints and customer issues
