Allcare Pharmacy - Customer Service Resume Example

My responsibilities include greeting the customers as they enter the pharmacy, obtain their prescription(s) and verify  the customer's information such as birthdate, address, etc. needed to fill the prescription.   I have open communication with the pharmacist and pharmacy tech to ensure the customer's needs are met.  I'm  reponsible for totaling the cost of prescription(s) and other purchases, handling the transaction on the pharmacy's cash register.   I'm also responsible for answering incoming calls, answering customer's questions when needed and/or referring to the pharmacist or pharmacy tech when appropriate.
