While a substitute for stockton unified school district my duties consisted of.
 monitoring students as they arrived in the mornings as well as lunch, and seeing them to thier parents at the end of the school day.
 I had a 2 way radio at all times for the communication of admin and staff, I was called to classrooms to remove students
spoke with teachers and came up with ideas for the everyday troubled student to keep them in the classroom and engaged to what was happening there rather than being in the principal /vice principals office.
 I did office duties such as ran copies, organize supply room, answer phones, help with logging and perparing tardy slips
 working out arguments, and misbehavior
particapating in meetings and coming up with a game play for making the schools I worked at run smooth.
