Order deeds, prepare Settlement Statements and all Closing Documents relevant to Cash Closings
Communicate with the buyers, sellers and relators (on cash closings) to arrange a closing date.
Meet with the customers to sign the closing documents and prepare them to be recorded and disbursed after the closing.  Some documents have to be prepared to be mailed to the customer and followup is required to make sure they are received back in the amount of time alloted

g)  Maintain office supplies and ordering of all supplies
h)  Supervise support staff
i)  Bill customers, collect balances and maintain accounts receivable records for above events
j)  General Office duties to include filing, copying and faxing
k) Answer phone and assist cutomes
