Aid commercial clients with reinstatement of workers compensation coverage which has been cancelled due to non-payment or auditory purposes. Make pay arrangements within corporate guidelines to aid clients in the reinstatement process.
Work with underwriters during the reinstatement process to determine if clients are eligible for coverage. Work with other internal departments such as audit and underwriting to ensure proper information has been received from the client to ensure proper coverage is in place for not only Travelers but the clients best interest as well.
Respond to all natural disasters to ensure accessibility for clients based on needs. During Hurricane Sandy transitioned to claims based on a client/company need to ensure quicker response for clients.
