I am currently attending Cal State Fullerton University pursuing my B.S. in the field of Business Administration w/ an emphasis on General Management. I am looking for work that exercises and enhances my abilities to work with kids at a higher level. My goal is to either one day open up my own personal daycare, or to work within the non-profit field that includes helping kids.
I currently work for the Orange Unified School District as part of their afterschool Cares Program that they make available to the children. This program allows children from kindergarten through the 6th grade the opportunity to stay after school and take part of a variety of fun activities. My primary responsibility as a child care substitute aide is to overlook the children taking part of these activities. This also includes: making sure safe conduct is present amongst the kids, interacting with the kids at all times, making sure the necessary equipment is available, and to aide the full-time staff on any work that may need to be done.
Family owned and operated since 1969. Have performed many duties outside of my title. Such as, inventory, minor mechanical work, customer service, service writer, and bicycle assembler.
