Offered innovative service delivery models and RtI (Response to Intervention) approaches giving service providers the ability to utilize best practice approaches and have the necessary access and tools to meet the needs of both general and special education students at over 850 school sites with various needs, cultures and educational programs. Utilized data to make decisions for program improvement, effectiveness and efficiency. Managed a budget for personnel and operations of over $38 million, including salaries and purchase of all instructional materials and operational supplies. Significantly reduced the number of state complaints regarding speech and language services, as well as the number of students receiving nonpublic agency speech therapy services provided at public expense.
