Currently I manage a crew of 9 equipment operators on cementing jobs and on the yard along with up keep on cementing equipment and cementing heads. Training with pump operators and encourage them team work in a safer, smarter, with better communications, and developing the next operators to be there replacements within the cementing group. I teach and lead by example with the safety cultures and down hole knowledge that the operators need and want to learn as they work on their careers in the oil and gas fields.

My job was to instruct young supervisors on the down hole knowledge, how to use the Engineering Hand Book, Safety practices, and safety meetings before rigging up on any job. Instructing good communications with customers and relaying this to the office supervisors to improve cementing services in all areas. Also, I was used as a relief cementing supervisor to lead crews on all types of cementing jobs.I resigned from Basic Energy for a better career opportunity.

I managed a team of 54 professionals from supervisors, equipment operators, mechanics, loaders, lab-techs, and office personal. I partnered successfully with multiple oil and gas companies and made good relationships to produce a good, safe, positive outcome. Strengthened company's multiple successful projects to better show safety, quality, and dependability to reach there goals. I trained, coached, and mentored staff to ensure smooth adoption of several company safety programs. Worked directly with customers, regional management and employees of each company to achieve a positive outcome. Created new revenue streams through customers satisfaction, which lead to recommendations to other companies. I directed strategic initiatives to achieve customers and employees satisfaction. I reduced and control essential expenses.I resigned from O-Tex due to a pre-agreement that was made prior to hiring on by the region manager and the agreement was not up held by the owner of the company.

My responsibilities were to communicate with customers, to support service supervisors on and off the jobs, and coordinate with dispatch office on status of drilling rigs. Training supervisors and equipment operators in their job and equipment there assigned to for each cement job. Stand in for the operations manager when he goes to meetings or goes on vacation. I over saw supplies for cementing heads, repairs, and greasing valves, along with training supervisors the same. I strongly encourage safety behavior programs for all employees while they maintained a safe work environment and that transfers to their home life, while building a safe and stronger community.I resigned for an Operational Managers job opportunity and opening a new yard in Muncy Valley, Pa.

I trained equipment operators to replace my position and helped in communications being relayed from the field. I effectively doubled jobs with the increase of rig count by providing consistent communications and hands-on, highly motivated, safe dependable job performance. Organized and increased the safety for cement crews to increase from 5 crews to 9 crews, while focusing on advancement from within and promote safe well-qualified equipment operators to service supervisor trainees. I assisted in strengthening the company's business by being part of implementation of the Jenkins, Ky. facility to increase the market shares by expanding into Kentucky. I took a transfer to Fairmount City, Pa. to help support the cement department and increase communication in the field with new and existing customers.

I effectively trained equipment operators while maintaining cement pumping equipment. Trained, operated, and supervised on one of the only two BJ248 recirculating averaging mixers in North America. I worked consistently with other crews and supervisors to help them complete their task safely and effectively. After the Nowco Well Service merger, I took a transfer to Dunbar, Wv. to help start up the cement department and move up in the company.

I returned from the military and went back to BJ Services as a equipment operator and then a service supervisor. I trained my replacement on the pump and continued training others during the Western of North America merger. I transferred to Odessa as they were increasing work.
