Currently I manage a crew of 9 equipment operators on cementing jobs and on the yard along with up keep on cementing equipment and cementing heads. Training with pump operators and encourage them team work in a safer, smarter, with better communications, and developing the next operators to be there replacements within the cementing group. I teach and lead by example with the safety cultures and down hole knowledge that the operators need and want to learn as they work on their careers in the oil and gas fields.

I trained equipment operators to replace my position and helped in communications being relayed from the field.
