My job as a busser taught me a lot in the restaurant business. Using a variety of cleaning equipment and products, these professionals have an eye for cleanliness and inspection. Being a detailer I learned discipline and that you can not cut corners, in my opinion it is a job that builds character.

Working on a Parasail boat is no game, and it can be very tedious. As a deckhand I had to maintain amicable attitude toward guests and employees at all times, effectively communicate with office supervisor to coordinate parasail flights, Maintain clean work areas on the parasail boat and in storage areas, notify and work with the maintenance shop as needed to keep the parasail boat in a safe working order, Ensure parasail schedule stays on time, Perform opening and closing side work as needed, Perform job duties in a safe manner and follows company safety policies and procedures, supervise and perform safe gassing procedures for the parasail in accordance to safety standards, Inspects, maintains and keeps records of all activity related to the parasail boat.

A dockhand is the go to man in a marina if a customer is in need of assistance in the Marina. A dockhand has to operate motorboat to transport passengers or cargo to and from anchored amphibious airplanes and operates tractor to remove planes from water. Loads cargo or directs passengers aboard motorboat. Be able to Pilot boat to plane or dock and discharges cargo or passengers. Positions wheeled beaching gear at end of ramp in water and, standing in water, pushes and pulls plane over ramping gear. Drive tractor to draw plane and gear up ramp onto shore for removal to hangar. Cleans plane interiors and exteriors.
