The Complex Systems Unit was a cross brand/services and cross industry group which delivered solutions to the Top 50 businesses west of the Mississippi.  Called on Chief Executives, Business Unit Executives and IT Executives delivering solutions to their most strategic business problems. Consulted with business unit both inside and outside of IBM to craft the best software, hardware and services to meet the requirements of the clients.  Assisted the clients to cost justify and design the best possible solution to deliver high value solutions to bring added revenues and profits to the clients bottom line.
