I was hired as Assistant Branch Manager & Collections Manager in Oct 2013. My duties included collections and marketing. In June 2014 I was promoted to Branch Manager. I am responsible for over 900 accounts. We are the largest Branch out of 27 branches. When I became Manager we had 700 accounts. I grew the business over 200 accounts in 5 months with my Marketing skills.

I am responsible for 4 employees. a CSR, an Assistant Manager and a Collections Manager & a part time Collector. I have to make sure all time is accurate in computer and make sure each employee does his or her part in the office.


I handle all the Marketing within my Branch. I send out monthly solicits and I go to different business trying to earn business.

Bookkeeper/Payroll Specialist/Marketing Feb 2013Oct 2013 Boutin's Restaurant Baton Rouge, La

I was hired as a Marketing Coordinator. I worked in that position for 2 weeks when I got promoted to Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist. I handled all bookkeeping & financials for both of their locations. We had a total of 65 employees between both restaurants. I handled all payroll for both locations. I also handled all benefits, workman's comp and unemployment claims for both locations.

After 2 months I took on the role of Front of the House Manager. I was in charge of 25 wait staff. This was included in my duties above as well. I had to maintain work schedules for all employees at both locations.

I was hired in Nov 2011 as a Receptionist. After 2 months I was promoted to Payroll Specialist. We did Payroll for the Staffing & Security side. We had 3 Specialist and each Specialist handled over 200 employees payroll. I was in charge of Community Coffee, Baton Rouge Coca Cola, CF Industries & KPAQ Industries.

I was promoted to Placement Specialist in the Security Dept. after 3 months in Payroll. I handled placing all guards at certain companies. I also handled all Workman's Comp claims.

Owner/Office Manger Sep 2005May 2010 SCM Properties Denham Springs, La I owned a company with my husband. We sold, rented & owner financed property. I became a licensed Realtor during that time. I was Office Manager and I was in charge of all financials, office staff, hiring and maintaining contractors, payroll for all employees & bookkeeping.
