Responsible for following Production Masters in making chemical blends for products such as hand wipes, food industry defoamers and cleaners.Accountable for exacting weights of materials for making specific blends and monitoring mixing of ingredients of that product, following mixing taking samples to Quality Control for approval. After Quality Control approval, package according to Production Master into totes, drums, or load into tanker trailers, taking sterile samples as needed. Responsible for finishing paperwork for customer and FDA audits .Trained in driving forklifts, electric and propane powered, to move product from production area to warehouse. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing tanks, lines, hoses and pumps after products have been loaded following Quality Control guidelines.

Fermenter Operator/Key Man. Accountable for montoring yeast level growth via computer on an average of ten fermenters per shift, typically producing two to three different products simultaneously. Monitor and adjust pH levels, wort feed levels, ammonia levels, and control ethanol output to EPA and DNR regulations.Check acid levels on floor, take bench levels to ensure they match the computer data; if problems are discovered, either resolve or involve a supervisor.FloaterInitially trained on nutritional dryer(drum dryer) to produce dry yeast; change screens in mill for specific grinds, and changed-over for bags or boxes.Broke-down machines weekly to clean and sanitize;reassembled and started-up.Trained for packaging to include boxing filled containers.Also checked gas levels in jars and packages, and verified weights. In the warehouse, filled orders, palletized, and labeled for delivery.Also transproted product from production floor for warehousing.
