My Job responsibilities attained as a Bisuness owner required to be flexible and available at all times for appointments with a large numbers of clients; paperwork and invoice files daily; the ordering and maintain of my own cleaning supplies from other companies; managing my own tax papers and payments; as well as provide full satisfaction to all my clients...

 As a detailer, I was responsible for the full cleaning and detailing of the customers vehicles; Washing,waxing, vacuuming, and driving the cars to and from the clients. I was required to have a clean Background as well as driving record and was responsible for attaining my own In Transit Plate, DBA Certificate, and Accident Insurance while doing my job. I still currently own my Detail Bisuness, but temporarily close down for the Winter Months. I plan to stay closed for the 2015 Calendar year to work on a new bisuness location, as well as developing a new client folder that is closer to my Residence.

Pizza Cook-

  • Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
  • Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock.

Hostess/ Busser requirements-

  • Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
  • Provide guests with menus.
  • Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seatings.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls.
  • Take and prepare to-go orders.
  • Operate cash registers to accept payments for food and beverages.
  • Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly and customers' concerns are addressed.
  • Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of dining room staff to ensure that patrons receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Receive and record patrons' dining reservations.
  • Inspect restrooms for cleanliness and availability of supplies and clean restrooms when necessary.
  • Assist with preparing and serving food and beverages.
  • Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage service staff.
  • Prepare cash receipts after establishments close, and make bank deposits.
  • Confer with other staff to help plan establishments' menus.

  • Inspect event facilities to ensure that they conform to customer requirements.
  • Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing and event security.
  • Organize registration of event participants.
  • Meet with sponsors and organizing committees to plan scope and format of events, to establish and monitor budgets, or to review administrative procedures and event progress.
  • Review event bills for accuracy, and approve payment.
  • Arrange the availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation, displays, and other event needs.
  • Hire, train, and supervise volunteers and support staff required for events.
  • Promote conference, convention and trades show services by performing tasks such as meeting with professional and trade associations, and producing brochures and other publications.
