  • My responsibilities are providing excellent and courteous Emergency Roadside Assistance to Allstate insured's, and also other partners.
  • I provide customer service for members in which they are stranded on the side of the road, or seeking emergency help.
  • I am a Resolution Specialist in which I handle escalated calls if a customer is upset and is requesting to speak with a supervisor 
  • I take inbound calls from other representative in the Allstate call centers in which they are having a difficult situation with a member.
  • If a representative is unable to assist the customer with either: finding service for the member, filing a complaint on the members behalf, as well as going above and beyond to make sure the member is satisfied with the service that was provided.
  • I handle clerical, which is a form of emails and follow ups regarding members services. Making sure the service has been completed.

  • Responsibilities were making outbound calls to customers who were three months or more past due on there account.
  • I would have to speak with the customer and find out what was the reason for there account to become delinquent 
  • Once I found out what happened I would have to find a solution on how to bring there account back current.
  • I also had to do a little bit of cross selling on the payments that were already set up on the account.
  • It was a very high call volume of calls a day.
