Professional Summary
Currently employed as an Advanced Care Paramedic Level II in the Darling Downs Local Ambulance Service Network (DDLASN), at Kingaroy Station. I immensely enjoy working in the rural environment and I have become very self-reliant and self-determined, using a wide range of front line skills whilst maintaining a high standard of clinical practice and judgement.
Since completing the QAS Diploma program in 2006, I have continued developing my education by completing the Ba of Health Science in 2012 and also the GradDip in 2016 through Monash University.
As a paramedic I have an established history of providing exceptional clinical care, continually striving to achieve great patient outcomes, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism in the dynamic pre-hospital  environment.
As a highly motivated leader I have developed analytical skills that have contributed to improving key performance indicators directly resulting in improvement of LASN work practices.  I have continued using these skills whilst performing in the acting roles of Duty Officer and Officer in Charge in two regions.
In my persistent goal of being a clinical leader, I completed an on campus practical component for the summer semester 2015-2016 at Monash University, training with MICA students.  During this time I completed extensive training and was assessed on the skills and knowledge required of a Critical Care Paramedic.
