  • Provide overall administrative support to 10 Coaches and 15 staff members in the football office.
  • Support the Department by answering front office phones and speaking with a range of personalities from Fans and potential Recruits to NFL Coaches, College Football Coaches & Broadcast Media personnel.
  • Manage voice mail, e-mail and relay messages promptly to entire staff. Manage all business machines and prepare and send faxes and scanned documents when requested. Handle the shipping and receiving of packages coming in and out of the department through FedEx, Inter-Department mail, US Mail and UPS.
  • Perform written and oral correspondence effectively and with attention to detail. Written correspondence included resignation and recommendation letters, letters of congratulations and reprimand, personal notes.
  • Coordinated meetings between Head Coach and other staff members and with Senior Staff using Outlook Calendar. Arrange travel arrangements for coaches and staff using dedicated Travel Agency partner.
  • Use Oracle Financial Business System(iExpense) to organize, prepare and input invoices, expense reports and purchasing card transactions according to University accounting standards while meeting required deadlines. Track and manage department budget using Oracle Reportmart.
  • Implemented process improvements and identified ways to reduce operational expenses
  • Created and maintain databases containing staff contact information, event RSVP's, and summer camp attendees, among others
  • Coordinate and staff football office related events such as Alumni Reunion, Awards Banquet, Summer Camp registration, Player Parent Tailgates
