  • May also provide as back up for other executive administrative assistants.
  • Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters, etc.
    • Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.
    • Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters.

    Claims Administration – Draft Control

    • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
    • Process reallocation requests which includes voiding and repositing of payments from one  claim to another.
    •  Provide data to various departments.
    •  Create a weekly report to distribution list on total amount of   claims allocated.
    •  Be aware of quarterly cycle and prepare quarterly reports.
    •  Be aware of duplicate entries made by requestor.
    •  Check reserves and autonomy on claims before processing  payments.
    •  Prepare wire transfers for approval.
    •  Create a new policy and claim via ESCO.
    •  Data entry of claims.
    •  Changing minor codes.
    •  Downloading reports through Access on a timely basis.
    •  Prepare the monthly city travel expenses.
    •  Allocate expenses to various claims and charge back to their department.
    •  Prepare and distribute the weekly machine Business 771 report to senior management.
